Love Our Seniors is a photography project centered on spreading love in our community. These past few years have been tough on this country. Reese Stone Photography would love to spread some love by offering a "Pay what you can" session for H.S. Seniors. We understand that many families face financial hardships, and senior year and the upcoming freshman year in college can be pretty expensive. No H.S. Senior should miss out on documenting this huge educational milestone with professional pictures just because they cannot afford to take them.
Here is how the "Love Our Seniors" Project works:
- Find H.S. Seniors who would like to participate in this project.
- Figure out a date and location ( preferably at the H.S.)
- Prep for the session by selecting a timeslot, then a backdrop choice(s).... 2-3 drops
- Get a parent or responsible student volunteer to help with the day photo sessions.
- Pay what you can ( minimum of $5.00)
How the community can help and support this project:
- Schools, Churches, and local businesses can donate space to hold the photography session.
- Donate, lend or purchase clothing for pictures ( homecoming outfits, formal attire, dresses, and button-down shirts and slacks).
- Show up: some students do not have family that shows up for them. I am sure that they would love to have someone help them choose an outfit or backdrop selection.
- Purchase a Print package as prints are not part of the project (The session includes a password-protected online photo gallery with fully edited images that they can download). Prices of packages will be similar to those of the big chain school portrait businesses.
